Life is too precious not to focus on you….Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I help people uncover emotional patterns that might be stopping healthy mindset growth.
I’ll help you understand why you think, behave, and react the way you do. I’ll also give you some practical, sustainable strategies to master your mind and emotions.
The technical stuff:
With over two decades of personal development experience including a background in educational psychology, I am trained and certified as an Emotional Intelligence coach and more recently in the Neuro Change Method - groundbreaking evidence based personal development programmes focusing on adapting, recovering and emerging happier and back in control of your life.
I offer individual or group consultations, either in person or online, dealing with personal and or professional issues and the chance to attend an intensive retreat twice a year.
My experience as a CEO, mindset and business coach and training in the Neuro Change method has allowed me to develop an approach and set of tools that are practical and sustainable. My approach looks to internal challenges, and your unconscious patterns for the source of your behavioural patterns – releasing any triggers and old beliefs and rewiring new conscious patterns.

The Neuro Change Method™ takes us deep into the Neuroscience of Change. This affordable 6-week online group programme is for individuals wanting to work to a structured blueprint to uncover thinking patterns, disconnect old thinking that no longer works and learn how to refocus and reset new habits for a more fulfilled and purposeful life.
From teens to uni students, and everywhere inbetween.
Helping our younger generation understand and navigate this new complicated world is hugely important to me, so I have opened up some individual coaching sessions just for 9-19 year olds. These sessions are to teach you a range of practical tools to help master your emotional health - understanding your patterns, triggers and how to reset these quickly and confidently.
These sessions are online or face to face, and offered at a significantly reduced rate with limited places available.
